You must contact us for a RMA number prior to shipping your product. We will notify you where and how to ship your return. Items returned without an RMA are not eligible for a refund.

Items displaying excessive wear are not eligible for a refund. For example, wire that has been removed from the spool and/or placed in the ground and flags that are rusted or have been used are examples of items displaying excessive wear. Money back guarantee available for items in resaleable condition. A restocking fee may apply if item is not in new condition.

Opened sod staple boxes are not eligible for a refund.

Opened battery packages are not eligible for a refund.

Include your original invoice and a letter explaining the reason for your return. Ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. After shipping, you will need to supply us the tracking number via e-mail so that we can coordinate your return with the warehouse.
To receive credit, the items you return must have been purchased directly from Pet Planet Outtfitters and be returned in the original packaging if any. Refunds may take up to 30 days or longer to process.

Shipping - We only ship to addresses in the United States via United Parcel Service or US Postal Service. For customers in Alaska or Hawaii shipping is via US Postal Service Priority Mail (please e-mail us for a shipping quote). Some products ship only via US Postal Service and not UPS. Your item will be carefully packed and shipped 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Once your item ships, we will e-mail you the tracking number or delivery confirmation number. Shipping costs are non-negotiable and non-refundable. Please note that the buyer assumes all responsibility for lost packages sent via USPS unless Shipping Insurance is purchased. Refunds for lost packages will be made only for packages sent UPS or USPS that have purchased the optional insurance. No refunds on lost packages that were shipped USPS without the additional shipping insurance.
